Biomechanics Coaching

Human Movement Practitioner

Intrinsic and extrinsic corrective exercise techniques to improve movement patterns and overall posture.

Starting with a 26 point assessment testing function, balance, range and symmetry of the skeletal, muscular and neural systems.

A personalised program is then built for each individual, based upon the findings and adapted as and when progressions are suitable.

Whether you are a professional athlete looking for marginal gains, a weekend warrior looking to challenge their body and take thing to the next level, or a completely sedentary individual looking to improve body function. This program can help.

Testing, prescribing and re testing is all done in the first session to show the immediate effect of the program, long term adaptations then come from the commitment of consistency, where regular check ups (weekly) guarantee you’re on the right pathway.
